Enjoy a private Reformer session designed just for you. Fully personalised 1:1 guidance for your body, your goals and at your pace. What to bring: We recommend bringing water to stay hydrated during class. For your safety and comfort, grip socks are mandatory. We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your session beginning to allow time for set up.
